More like Berlusconi? Or maybe Baloneysconi?

On Facebook yesterday one of my friends initiated this exchange. He wrote:

  • Trump is not Hitler. He’s not even Mussolini. He’s Berlusconi.

To which several of his friends replied (see below):

  • Bunga, bunga.
  • Maybe with a little Joe McCarthy thrown in.
  • He’s not even Berlusconi, he’s Baloney.
  • So . . . Baloneysconi?

Ah, that’s just too good, my friends. As I’ve noted in the past, comparing Trump (or just about anyone else) to the Führer is Reductio ad Hitlerum. But the comparison to Berlusconi, that I like.
