Hillary Clinton has been living in a bubble (just like Britney Spears)

This may seem like an odd analogy to make, but Hillary Clinton has been living in a bubble, just like Britney Spears.

The truth is that it’s really hard to live in a bubble. And Hillary has been there for a long time. As has Britney Spears. Britney started living in her bubble at age 17 when she burst on the world stage with “Oh Baby Baby,” and made a lot of grown men moist where the sun don’t shine. I haven’t paid much attention to her since then, but a few years ago I stumbled on a few of appearances as a judge on the X Factor, and my impression, frankly was that Britney Spears seems like a nice woman.

She has some of that southern politeness that she learned in Kentwood, Louisiana.

I’m not saying that she’s a fit mother or that she may not be super-entitled, as so many celebrities are. I’m just staying that her natural disposition seems to be that she’s a nice woman.

And Hillary Clinton was once a very cool chick. When she first came to prominence as the wife of a Presidential candidate – not too long after she changed her name from Hillary Rodham, which had been her professional name for most of her career – she was heard telling an American audience that she wasn’t just “standing by her man like Tammy Wynette,” and that she had chosen to pursue her professional career instead of just “baking cookies.”

I think what Hillary Clinton’s emails have shown – to those who have taken the time to read any of them – is that she is indeed a real person. And one who is not all that tech savvy, really. The whole thing is another manufactured crisis, the kind the Republicans love digging up on the Clintons.

Just as they did on Benghazi. Which Speaker-to-be Kevin McCarthy admitted straight out in an embarrassing moment that may prove that he’s not yet ready for prime time.

As the old saying goes: “just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean that they’re not out to get you.”

That seems to be the epitath-in-waiting for the Clintons.
