I received an email from the Democratic party today, arguing on behalf of President Obama, that “this is what a successful Presidency looks like (see below):

Okay, I don’t disagree with that, except that “consumer confidence” is a pretty subjective measure. But if it’s true — and I don’t have any reason to believe that it isn’t — why the F did the entire Democratic establishment spend virtually the entire 2014 election season running away from Obama’s record?
I mean on that score, they only have themselves to blame.
